Keterya

Who may help

Keterya is built around patient, approachable support.

Some Keterya helpers are high school or college-age students who are trained, knowledgeable and comfortable with everyday technology. They are expected to explain things clearly, respect privacy and follow Keterya's service boundaries. Seniors or authorized family members stay in control of passwords, accounts and sensitive decisions.

Keterya

Billing and boundaries

No sensitive information should be sent through forms, email or text.

Keterya does not ask for passwords by email, does not store passwords, and does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax or investment advice. Remote help is only provided with clear permission. For banking, Medicare, Social Security or sensitive accounts, Keterya can guide general navigation, but the senior or authorized family member must stay in control.

Before paid service begins, Keterya confirms the scope clearly. If the issue is outside what Keterya can safely help with, we will say so upfront.
