Refund And Cancellation Policy

Free sessions have no payment obligation. For future paid one-time help or monthly support, cancellation and refund rules should be shown before purchase.

Suggested rule: one-time paid sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Monthly support may be cancelled before the next billing period. Refunds for completed sessions are not guaranteed but may be reviewed case by case.

Final pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund rules require Beny approval before public launch.
