Keteria provides patient, practical technology help for seniors, families, and communities. Services may include help with phones, email, photos, video calls, common apps, online forms, and basic scam-awareness education.

Keteria does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, insurance, cybersecurity, investment, emergency, or crisis advice. Keteria does not guarantee account security, scam prevention, device repair, or recovery of lost data.

Clients and residents remain responsible for account decisions, purchases, payments, passwords, and personal information.
