Keterya
Young helpers, trained standards
Many seniors enjoy learning from patient young people who grew up with everyday technology.
Some Keterya helpers are high school or college-age students. The goal is to pair seniors with friendly, knowledgeable helpers who can explain phones, apps, email, photos and video calls in a calm way. Helpers are expected to follow Keterya's privacy rules, service boundaries and plain-language teaching standards.
