Online Marketing /Advertising Services: Starting at $99.95 /month
As consumers we all want fair price and great service. We also want control on our expenses and profits as much as possible. And so as business owners we want to give our “boss” – the customer the option to communicate, review and help us basically build a better business by listening and serving, serving and listening. We must share photos, videos and articles constantly showing who we are and what we do on an ongoing basis; But this is not enough. We must share our thoughts, ideas, team of employees and partners and have our consumers be a part of our business creation and growth.
One other important thing is to remember that the internet is the first invention ever that gave us to option to communicate and share around the world in the speed of light (almost), live, and almost free. Most online businesses should aim Worldwide (web) and create ways to offer their service or product in the many languages, currencies, cultures and buying habits of the different people.
Online Marketing is the sum total of content and information we provide about our products, services or offers.

What is SEO and how to successfully optimize webpages in 2024?
People often ask us: What is SEO and how to do that?
The information we are about to expose you to on this article will change your entire way of thinking and if understood and implemented in your site, will make a huge difference in your site or business success for the better.
What is SEO?
As you already know SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, meaning that you want to optimize each page of your site for search engines to “understand” that page and index it in the most accurate way so when someone searches for the information on this page, he will find it easily and fast.
The future of SEO
The future of information searching (and finding) will be somehow similar to the current Siri service by Apple which can be found on their iphones and ipads. There are 2 important things about Siri:
1.It is a Voice activated search engine.
2.It gives ONLY a small number of results with the ideal of giving only ONE answer to each question asked.
It is very important to understand this point because this is where technology is heading for. Google and Bing want each page on the internet to be so clear and focused so it will be easy for them to index and finally give the quickest possible answer to any question we might have.
Another point to consider about the future is the fact that answers can be either in words (texts) and/or in photos and /or in videos. When the latter (videos) will lead and be the main way for all of us to consume information and knowledge.
In other words, within a few more years, we will ask (verbally) any question or request info about any subject, and a video with that information will be presented to us. You’ll watch that video, maybe a couple of more photos, maybe some text – but within minutes, hours or a few days of watching stuff we will be able to learn anything.
Doing SEO nowadays is doing the right things to fill up the gap between the inaccurate search results we are getting today and where we wanna be – I ask a question and get the right answer preferably in a video.
Today when I search google for something or ask a question, what I get is many different results and websites, video and pics that MIGHT be the answer, when in reality I only want a quick answer to a quick question.
So how to fill up that gap? and how can you do the right thing to help optimize your site so Google and Bing will show your page on their first results page when potential customers are looking for that info?
At the present time Google is the bigger player in searches online with more then 80% of all searches worldwide, however the future will unite all search engines together in one way or another, to provide users the answer to their question.
When is ask siri today: “When was George Washington born”, for example, as a user I only want the date and the year… I don’t really care which search engine provided this information (as long as it was double checked for accuracy). And so in the nearest future all directories, search engines, video databases, Wiki databases and social network data will all be combined together.
How To Do Right SEO Today?
First, What Not To Do:
Back to the present. For the past 10 years or so Google and others try to have website builders and developers to do just that: To optimize each page of their website and “tell” the search engine what is the page about, what’s in each photo or in each video located on a page.
The problem is that instead of doing that, people would “go around” and try to figure out how “google works” and then “give google” what it wants in order to get a better ranking than their competition. For example, up until a few years ago Google asked developers to add Keyword Tag to their pages: a list of words that represent the page content and which is hidden from the user eyes but is visible to Google, and according to that list Google wanted to index the page.
So people understood that, and created a list of keywords that are popular but has nothing to do with the real content located on their pages… Which created a chaos in indexing pages and lead to Google changing their algorithm and began ignoring the Keyword Tags totally.
In another attempt to do the right thing google started looking for “growing sites” as far as content or the amount and number of words located in a website every week. Meaning, if today your site contains 1000 words, and tomorrow with 1500 words, then 2000, etc. then Google assumes that your site is active and growing and therefore gives a better ranking than to your competitors.
So some people simply duplicated content or copied texts from other sites and by that showed a growing content even though there was nothing new or refreshing about what they gave users…
I can give dozens of other similar examples of ways Google try to do right indexing of pages and how website developers try to manipulate it… However lets consider what to do today to get great ranking results from Google today and in the future.
First you might be asking: Why should I “go by the book” when manipulations work for others? The answer is simple: Less then 3 years ago Google started using Artificial Intelligence to help them find spammers and manipulated pages.
It’s becoming smarter every day and will soon be so smart that it’s like having a real person checking each and every page exist and so if you are not going to make your pages real and accurate you will soon lose your position for good and will have to start all over again with a brand new domain and content and spend 1-3 years at least in recreating your site to provide an answer to someone’s search.
So… How To do right Search Engine Optimization?
Here are 10 tips on right, fair, accurate SEO:
- Quality, rich, unique, useful content
- Accurate explanation of each photo or video located on your pages
- Clear and accurate Tags
- REAL Back-links
- Interesting and useful information for the reader
- A Niche
- Keyword research
- Quality design – look and feel
- Growing content
- Directory submissions
Allow me to explain:
- Quality content means texts, photos and videos that are dealing with a single subject and provide interesting and even enlightening info on a subject; Rich content means using titles in a larger font, bold important words, using right grammar and punctuation marks, using bullet points, do not misspell, and basically all of those things we learned in high school of how to compose texts; Unique content means something you create from scratch, from your own imagination and creativity, and not someone else’s texts, photos or videos; Finally, useful content means that a certain paragraph or a page answers a specific question or a subject and not others. For example this article you’re reading now is about SEO. Not about programming, or designing or paid advertising. Only about SEO issues. It is also rich and unique. Hopefully you find it useful as well.
- When thinking SEO you should think as if the page is designed for blind people because this is exactly how a search engine works. It is blind. Blind people use software that read out loud for them what is on the webpage in-front of them. If you insert a photo for instance and do not put before it an explanation of what’s in that photo, the search engine will ignore that and even might assume it’s a spam when in reality this image might be the answer the reader was looking for…
- Tags: When we read the paper most of us usually read titles and subtitles as well as look at photos before we decide to ‘dive in’ and read an entire article. Same thing with search engines: They read the H1 – H6 titles, Page title, Image title tags, Meta tags etc. (If you have no idea what I’m talking about you must learn more about SEO tags) (if you do know what I’m referring to remember to use exact, accurate tags on all pages).
- Back-link is someone else linking to your site from their site. The quality of a link is more important then quantity. Of course if you are popular enough you will have a large amount of back-links since many people recommend your site from different reasons and link to you. However quality of a back-link is what counts. A quality backlink means 2 things: 1) The link is real. Someone else is really recommending your site or one of the pages in your site because there is a good answer for a certain question there; and 2) The backlink comes from good, large site. The more popular the site links to you, the better quality the link is.
- In the end, people should spend some time on your page IF they find it useful and interesting. No matter how rich your content is, if Google “see” that people get to your website but on average leave the page quickly – it means that they don’t find it useful or even worse: not relevant to what they were looking for. (If someone picks up your book at the book store and can’t read pass the 2nd page, your book will not sell in the long run, even if you were able to catch their interest with the title or special design… )
- Focus on one niche only. Lets say you have a lot to say about sports. If you mix in the same article baseball and football together, it will be harder for Google to index you under either one. It is easy for them to index under baseball some other site who writes ONLY about baseball. And then under football a different site focuses only on that.
- Prior to creating content use Google’s free keyword tool to research and learn about competition. If you build today a website from scratch about Food And Recipes for example, it will be extremely hard to rank on Google’s first page with the keyword: Recipes, Since there are some good 15 years of website development and competition on this word. Even if you come up with some amazing content in the subject it might take 2 years or so to get some good ranking… On the other hand if you are going to create a website about: The latest in DNA discoveries (a subject that was fully understood only a few years ago), you will have plenty of great information and updates to bring to readers from latest discoveries in science and this way can find your quality site on the first page of google within only a few months when someone’s looking for: How Does DNA Work for example.
- If your site doesn’t look (and feel) nice to the users they will most likely get confused after finding it and won’t even try to read your content, and leave your site quickly. The site should be organized, clear, clean, simple to use, using the right colors that are convenient for humans to use. Also pay attention to great navigation.
- Your site should grow overtime and provide more and more content on a certain subject. Otherwise your competitors will be the ones who give fresh info and readers might choose them over you, followed by Google understanding that your competitor has more to offer both in size and in readers choices.
- Google wants your business and websites to be published in as many (known) directories as possible. For example: if there are 20 different electricians in your town, and one of them can be found together with his business address, phone number, website, reviews and more on many directories such as Yahoo, Yellow-pages, Yelp etc. and the rest only have website – Google will assume that the one with all additional records is more popular and real and so will give them a better ranking when you search for Electrician in your area.
